What is your refund and return policy?
We do not make returns or exchanges for merchandise that is simply unwanted. Please be certain that you want the items you purchase from us or start by ordering small.
For broken or damaged items please inform us immediately upon receipt. We will apply a credit to your account with us. The broken item(s) may or may not need to be returned. Please ask for details in your particular situation.
If you have received the wrong item, we will either credit your card, ship a replacement, or include a replacement with your next order if it will be soon. If the item is out of stock, a credit will be made to your card or to your account with us. You could also select a different item of the same price as a replacement.
Where do your products come from?
All of our products are Print-on-Demand (POD) products from companies right here in the USA. We take special care to source our products from the USA, as often as possible, and will always do our best to let you know where they come from.
How long will it take to get my Purple stuff?
All orders are sent to print immediately following a complete payment transaction. Typical turnaround is 2-3 printing days, and up to 7 days to meander through the shipping service. Much of the second part of this process depends on where you're shipping in relationship to where the POD printer is located. You'll receive a confirmation email, as well as a tracking email when your order is shipped. Covid-19 can affect the production time, but so far, we've had no serious delays, our printers are committed to the highest customer service available. (Just remember, we're not Amazon :-) but we are customized!)
